01
Emergency Call
You call 0122 891 5049 and speak to someone who knows spray foam, not a call centre. We ask what type of foam you have, where it is, and whether a lender or surveyor is involved. Within 15 minutes you get a call-back with an arrival window, usually the same day.
02
On-Site Survey
A technician arrives with a thermal imaging camera and moisture meter. We map the foam coverage, check for loft condensation and roof timber rot, and photograph everything. The survey takes 30 to 45 minutes and you get a fixed quote on the spot.
03
Containment Setup
We seal the loft hatch, lay protective sheeting, and position a negative air machine and air scrubber. This keeps isocyanate dust out of your living space. Setup takes about 20 minutes and is included in every job, residential or commercial.
04
Foam Extraction
Using a spray foam removal saw, oscillating multi-tool and industrial vacuum, we cut and lift the foam in sections. Dry ice blasting handles stubborn patches on cables and pipework. A typical three-bedroom Carlisle loft takes four to six hours; larger roofs run into a second visit.
05
Clean-Up And Report
We vacuum the loft, bag all debris, and remove it from site. You receive a photo report showing the cleared timbers, any rot we found, and the condition of the roof void. That report is what you hand to your lender or surveyor.
